Pudding with black currant and cherry Shutterstock Ingredients: ½ cup cherry ½ cup blackcurrant 2 tbsp. l. cornstarch 2 tbsp. l. sugar (preferably reed) Preparation: Currant and cherry wash with water. Remove cherries from the cherry. Stir cherries with sugar. Add the black currant. Put the mass on the stove and bring to a boil. Corn starch diluted in water and pour into the mass. Stir and boil for about 1 minute until thick. Pour into molds, cool and refrigerate until solidified. To serve, decorate the pudding with any dark berries.
